Returns Policy

Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research compounds and the cold-chain integrity requirement, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and email us at VortexPepsAus@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess each case on its merits and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind or research outcome.
